Return Policy
Returns: I understand that shopping online can be challenging at times because you cannot try clothes on. I want to help out my customers as best I can. Please note that all information below is generalized, I handle different situations in different ways, I want to ensure that everyone has an amazing experience when shopping with The Vintage Buffalo Boutique.
Returning Process: If you wish to return an item please contact me as soon as possible, I greatly appreciate it if customers can contact me with 3-4 days of product delivery. Once I am contacted and receive the item, I will refund you through my sales system or via store credit. (Customers are still responsible for their shipping expenses).
Size Exchange: Customers who ordered the wrong size have the chance to exchange your product for the correct size if one is available. However, shipping will be the customers responsibility.
Damage: The Vintage Buffalo is not responsible for any damage done to products once received by the customer. If you received a damaged product please contact me and we will resolve the issue.
Special Note: I am a small business who is still growing, please be patient with me! With that being said, I want to make sure your shopping experience is the best it can be, always feel free to contact me with any questions, comments, or concerns!
Shipping
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped out in 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday. Once an order ships it typically takes 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered. If you need an order delivered to you the next day please contact me via messenger, email, or text and I can get that worked out for you.
*The Vintage Buffalo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package has left our building, it unfortunately is out of our control.
